By ordering on this web site, you acknowledge that we elect to substitute new titles for used books when they are not available. Your order total will then be altered to reflect the price of new books. Prices are subject to change, and the adjusted total may not be reflected on the web site. Your official receipt will come from our register or on the packing slip that is shipped with your order. Fed-Ex and UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.

Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday.  As per your specification, these orders will be shipped on Monday morning or will be available for pick-up after 9am on Monday. 
For all other orders during the week please allow 8 business  hours before pick-up.

Refund Policy

A 100% refund will be given during the first ten (10) business days of Fall and Spring semesters (16 week sessions), and for the first five (5) business days of  all 4 and 8 week sessions.

I.D. IS REQUIRED WHEN PICKING UP ON-LINE ORDERS

A COPY OF YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE IS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE BOOKS AND FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.
