By ordering on this web site, you acknowledge that we elect to substitute new titles for used books when they are not available. Your order total will then be altered to reflect the price of new books. Prices are subject to change, and the adjusted total may not be reflected on the web site. Your official receipt will come from our register or on the packing slip that is shipped with your order. Fed-Ex and UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.

Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday.  As per your specification, these orders will be shipped on Monday morning or will be available for pick-up after 9am on Monday. 
For all other orders during the week please allow 4 business  hours before pick-up.

Refund Policy

A 100% refund will be given during the first ten (10) business days of Fall and Spring semesters (16 week sessions) and for the first five (5) business days of Summer sessions and all 4 and 8 week sessions.

Class schedule is required to verify the start date of your session. 
Receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges.

All refunds will be credited in the same manner as the original tender. 

Original shipping charges for online orders will not be refunded except in the case of a Bookstore error or a change in the status of your class.

Buying Books

Picking up an online order will require an ID.

 To purchase books in the store we will need to see a copy of your class schedule to ensure that we pull the correct books for your specific section. 

If you are using financial aid you will be required to show your class schedule along with an ID.
